Practical, Hands-On Learning

This course is deeply experiential. While we cover the underlying theory, the real focus is on doing—practising muscle testing, exploring techniques, and applying corrections in small groups with my full guidance and supervision. This hands-on approach builds your confidence steadily, ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.

Learn from Experience

Having practised kinesiology since 2000, I’ve trained countless students through Foundation and Diploma level programmes. You’ll benefit from my extensive clinical experience, practical teaching style, and ongoing support through my monthly mentoring group, Kinesiology Connections. My approach is grounded, encouraging, and focused on real-world application and professional integrity.

What to Expect

  • Attire: Students remain fully clothed throughout the training.

  • Comfort: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, such as leggings or loose-fitting trousers, to allow for easy movement during practical sessions.
